Mr. Armenio?Nationwide Insurance:
“I was scammed! Too much information to contain in a brief e-mail but I have a HUGE compliment I want to pass on to you. A guy (turns out he must have been a Storm Chaser type) came to my home and offered to perform a free inspection of my roof. Major damage he said – need a whole new roof. Week later an estimate arrives in the mail. $8,000 to fix it. I wasn’t convinced so called Nationwide to report a claim. Exceptionally nice lady took the information and offered a choice of 3 “Blue Ribbon” contractors. I chose Global Builders. That same day I received a call from Global to arrange for someone to come out and inspect. Global Estimator Matt Hamilton came and after examining the roof closely indicates only minor damage. I canceled the claim (hope reporting the claim is not held against me) and signed with Global to perform the repair – $462.07 paid by myself. Might have saved you folks $8,000.00. A few days later Global Production Supervisor Shawn Worrix arrives and completes the fix. He did so by working me in on a day he happened to be in my area. This was in advance of a scheduled fix date. A personal note: Every time I drive thru Chick-Fil’A I am ALWAYS greeted with “It’s my pleasure to serve you today.” It makes my day. That is as close as I can compare the service I received from both Matt and Shawn at Global. I was treated as if I was a good friend of theirs – very courteous, helpful and what I value the most, honest. They went beyond my expectations in providing service to me. I received a billing from Global which contained a complete list of all services they perform and believe me, should the occasion arise I will call upon them again. I hope you continue Global Builders as a member of your Blue Ribbon Team.”

Last Fall our home experienced storm/wind damage and we contracted with Global for repairs. Jon & Kevin were very helpful in accommodating our hectic schedule. We really appreciated their willingness to work with our State Farm Agent and the Claims Adjuster to expedite the repairs to our roof.
The crew took extra care in protecting our home and landscaping during the project. It’s been almost a year since the work was completed and everything continues to look great. We’ve been very happy with our experience and will call Global if/when we might need their services again.
