Replaced roofing damaged by hail. Great job. Friendly crew, and they worked all Sunday due to rain delay. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very professional and highly recommended.

I needed a relatively small roof repair job (just ridge caps replaced). Many other roofers I called were not interested in my job if it were not a total roof replacement. Global was happy to help and treated me like a valuable client irrespective of the size of the job. They did a great job. Very professional, timely and cost effective. Because of this, I am now going to investigate doing a full basement buildout with Global.

Very responsive team. We needed a new roof and had leaks in 5 rooms in our house. Prior to finalizing a contract with the Jasper office, I contacted them and said we had a significant leak in our kitchen and it was still raining. They sent a couple of their technicians out to fix the problem within 1 hour of my call. Customer service was great. The workers were very professional and cleaned up each day when they were done. The entire staff that we worked with were very responsive, very professional and very knowledgeable. Great company. Thanks

We had hail damage and our roof replacement was delayed by the September flooding. Brian came to our home during the height of the flooding and worked diligently to mimize damage both from falling rain and rising water. The workers were efficient and left the job site in pristine condition The interior repairs and repainting were done well. I would recommend Global Builders without reservation.

I was totally terrified of having to find someone to do some work on my house because of all the horror stories I have heard, so when a friend referred me to Global, I called them and was instantly relieved. They always showed up when they said they would, the work was completed on time as planned, and was done well. Everyone associated with the company was professional and courteous. Working with Global was a breeze, and the results are wonderful. I will be referring all my friends!

Global put a new roof system on my home and it was one of the easiest processes I’ve dealt with when it comes to home renovation! The salesman was courteous & professional, the office staff was very helpful & friendly, the installation crew was fast, considerate, and CLEAN. The roof looks great and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with Global!

Our house suffered damage to the gutters and downspouts due to a freak windstorm on 12/09/2009. I was dreading the hassle with the insurance company and getting a reliable company to do the repairs.
I was surprised that thru my insurance company ( Nationwide ) I was offered the Blue Ribbon Repair Service Program in which Global Builders is affiliated.
The process was incredibly fast. The Estimator, Matt Hamilton was on site within forty-eight hours of my initial phone call To Global. Work on my house was started within one week of Matt’s assessment.
The work was completed within a two day period and by the way on those two days it was bitter cold and snowing.
The Global associates who performed the work were both Knowledgeable, Professional and extremely Courteous.
I would Highly recommend Global Builders to anyone who wants or needs a Prosessional Company for any type of repairs to their home.

I hired Global to repair my wind damaged roof. I was initially brought to Global by internet research and their excellent BBB ratings.
Global was very prompt and professional. Global worked w/ my insurance company and handled all of those matters.
Global was very fast and efficient. They finished the job in 1 day. The crew was friendly and respectful to my home.
Global also stands by their work. I had a very minor chimney flashing issue a few weeks after the job was completed and paid. I called to report the issue. The reinspector was at my home the next day, assessed the problem, and had a crew out that week to repair the problem for free.
Global is great and efficient, and they really do guarantee their work. I will certainly use them again and would recommend to anyone.

We were referred to Global by several neighbors who recommended them highly. Our roof had been damaged by wind and we had water issues in our basement due to gutter problems. Ryan assessed our issues and worked beautifully with our insurance adjuster for the roof replacement. Global re-evaluated our gutter system and installed a system to better handle rainwater run-off. They communicated clearly with us every step of the way, clearly explaining all procedures. Every person I met during the process was punctual, pleasant, honest and efficient. Their post-project clean up was amazing and they were very responsive to any questions I have had. I hope to use them again for future projects and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were really impressed with the job Gobal did installing new roofs on our neighbors home. So, we contacted them too, and found them to be very eash to work with, on-time, and high quality job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Global from one of our friends. We were very impressed with our quickly a representative came out to look at our roof. Once it was determined we had severe wind damage, our Global representative meet with us and the insurance company. We had our roof repaired within 2 weeks of the initial visit. Once it was repaired, a couple of inspectors came out to review the work that was done and make sure that it lived up to our expectations. Thank you for such great work! We love our new roof.

When I saw some water leak from the first floor sealing, I did not know what to do. After my insurance company mentioned that the Globalbuilder was an approved company, I called you immediately. You came to my house within 2 hours with huge fans and dehumidifiers. You worked with the insurance company and everybody was very professional. The manager called and checked to see if I was satisfied the progress. My house looks like new again. Thank you very much.

My husband and I are so glad that we hired Global Builders to replace our roof because of wind damage. They did a great job and have good customer service. When an appointment time is given, they show up. There is no guess work on our part. Everything is put in writing and easy to understand. We found the employees to be well-dressed professionals, courteous, and very helpful. We found Global Builders to be dependable, trustworthy, easy to work with, and showed a willingness to complete the job in a timely manner. They used good quality products and their workmanship matches the product. They followed up several times with phone calls and inspections to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We have recommended them to our neighbors, friends, and people we work with. We are happy to say that if we need additional work done around our house, we won’t hesitate to call Global Builders.

You were a very professional organization to work with. After receiving wind and hail damage you came out and met with our insurance company and when the weather permitted the roof was replaced. The work crew was very professional and when the work was completed I was impressed with how clean they left my yard. They came back the next day in a pouring rainstorm to remove the dumpster and did a final walk around to check to be sure everything was clean and back in perfect order. I would recommend your company to anyone considering a new roof.

Had roof replacement which went so well that I had multiple windows replaced upon completion of the roof. Good people, good materials, good work. Only drawback was the delay in the window installation, a problem that I’m sure has been addressed.

I am a very satisified customer after the replacement of my roof. David was a breath of fresh air after trying to get estimates from other roofing company. He assisted me with the insurance company and made sure they made a proper inspection of the roof. No complaints about my house being located on a hill with a steeply sloped roof. Some roofing companies would not take the challenge to even inspect the roof.
The company is very professional, knowledgable, experienced and had excellent communication with me. My job was scheduled and finished when promised. Excellent clean up, and friendly staff. Quality control follow up after the job was completed. I will call on you for my next job.

We were very satisfied with the replacement job of our roof after storm damage. After dealing with insurance adjusters not allowing us a new roof, but getting a new one at our expense, we were pleased with the end results. Hopefully we will not need another roof in the near future, but we would use Global again if we should have the need. Steve Yoder was very helpful and professional. The crew did a good job.

My trusted next door neighbor had a great experience and recommended GB. They did a great job installing our new roof and with minor interior repair and painting that was necessary due to wind damage. They also made handling the insurance process very easy. I would use again for any project, hopefully finishing our basement in the near future!

We recently had a new roof installed by Global Builders due to wind and hail damage. We are very satisfied with our new roof. The entire crew including supervision, was very dedicated and professional. They did an excellent job and their communication with us was superb. Global Builders was amazing and did a very professional job. They worked with our insurance company to make this a successful installation. They were extremely diligent in explaining the process, roof types, and upgrades and communicated as needed. Global Builders completed our roof in 1 day. Global Builders was recommended by my neighbor and I was satisfied with their professional and efficient service. They changed my roof which was damaged by hail. They were on time, worked diligently and finished on time. I was grateful that they took care of the insurance red tape for me. After the roof job was completed, Andrew Sample paid us a visit. He went on the roof, checked the work and made sure that everything was in order. He was wonderful. I am happy with their work and have in turn recommended them to others.

Outstanding Company and Employees
In April 2010 our house had extensive hail damage. My Husband called our insurance agent to file a claim and Global Builders was one of the companies they suggested we contact. They based this on working with Global on other claims.
It was really great and comforting to have Cheyenne represent us when working with the insurance adjustors. He handled any problems that came up with the claim.
The Installers and Painters were outstanding! They were always professional , courteous and answered all my “dumb questions” with a smile. Our property was cleaned up each day.
Kevin, our Project Manager, inspected each step of the repairs and again when the job was finished. I didn’t have to worry because I knew Kevin and Cheyenne would made sure things were being done correctly.
I tell everyone how great Global is and to call them if they need a contractor.
We are extremely satisfied with Global Builders and will call them for any new projects.
Thanks to everyone at Global. It’s been a pleasure working with you.

Our house had water damage in almost every room. Global Builders made it their goal to get our house back to ‘before damage condition’. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything they did, and I think our house is actually better than before! They were kind and considerate, in spite of the huge job they had on their hands. Our friends and family that have seen our house are very impressed and agree that Global did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Global Builders to anyone! They took what was a very stressful situation and not only calmed me during the intial consultations but more importantly, restored my house a level that was as good if not better than when they first arrived. The end results were above expectations! However, the most impressive aspect of my experience was that the job was not without issues (which was due to no fault of theirs) and the manner in which they dealt with each situation was exceptional. Their communication with us and the commitment to make us happy with their work would have made a great guide on how to have excellent customer service. Beyond the quality of the work, I will add that I felt very comfortable having each Global employee in my home. Thank you to all the global employees that helped us.
